You can cancel your order by raising a support ticket, Please make sure that you mention the order number and the product if you want to cancel a specific product in your entire order, You need to make a cancellation request within 24 Hours of placing an order for it to be valid, Please note if your order has been dispatched your order can not be cancelled.

We usually take around 4-5 Business Days max to deliver your products to your Doorstep, A Pre-Built might take a little longer.

No Need to Worry, Just contact our support team on our numbers or raise a support ticket with the photos or videos of the product within 48-Hours of Delivery and we will get a replacement sent to you 🙂

If you are looking to get a refund, You need to make sure to cancel your order within 24-Hours of it being placed to be eligible for a refund, If that is not the case then you can not eligible for a refund, If you have received a product in a non-functional condition in that case We will provide you with a replacement in that case

Most of our Pre-Builds and Products are eligible for “Free-Shipping” but for those who aren’t, The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category, the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered or it can be a standard flat charge on an entire brand/categories of products and charges a single delivery fee
