My point of contact was Nishant who was there all the time right from getting the quote to finalizing the parts and passing my fans setup and custom requirements to the engineer. I bought a custom build pc from SMC and I am super impressed with the service. I live in kind of remote location in Odisha far from Delhi and was a bit skeptical at first. But they assured me that it will be delivered properly and it got delivered in a superb condition within 7 days of making payment. Even after sale, I had an issue with the side glass panel of chassis and the support person was super prompt to replace and dispatch the side panel on the same day. i ordered a custom built pc from SMC international at a very good price even at time when there is qn acute shortage of gpus and they were very co-operative specially Ms.Sakshi, whenever i faced any issue from my side she was always ready to communicate and help me, when I received the the pc[delivered] sitting at home only on the 2nd day of placing my order it was fully ready to start i just had to plug it in. Ordered Razer Basilisk v2, it was unavailable everywhere. Amazon had one but it was rs600 more pricey. Ordered it from here, the shipping was just great, Received the order in only 3 days where as others take from 1 week-2weeks in my city. The package was also packed very good.
